how to switch Squarespace template or change template

Hello, everyone. In this video, I'm going to be showing you how you can change your Squarespace template in the easiest way

So to do this, what you're going to want to do is you're going to load up your Squarespace editor

Now, once you load up your Squarespace editor, what you're going to want to do is you're going to change your site styles

Now, there's no proper way to actually switch a whole template because for that you're going to need to scrape your whole website

So instead of doing that, you can simply change in the branding and the styling

So for changing the branding and the styling, you're going to come to the top right section where it says site styles, open that up, and you're going to change

all of these things. So first of all, you have the fonts. So you can switch the font pack from, let's say, this to I'm going to go with this

This one looks pretty chic and cool. Go with that or you can go with this, you know, whatever you want to go with

Now, my website is pretty fancy and straight up. So let's go with the gopher font or you know what

Go with a more chic font that will look well with our website

Now, once the fonts are changed, you can also go ahead, change the coloring

So whatever the edit palette is, let's say I want to change palette color

And there, as you can see, the palette color has been changed. Then you can change the lightest colors to this

And you can obviously go ahead and change it more and more. So, you know, you change the text and you change every other aspect of it
