How to add slideshow on Wix. Hello everyone, welcome back to another video. I hope you all

are doing great and are having an amazing day. In this video I'm going to be showing you how

you can add slideshow into your Wix in the easiest and most simplest way possible, okay

So we're going to be doing this and following this with the easiest and most basic steps

so please do make sure to fully watch this till the end so you can get the whole concept and idea

of this. So without further ado, let's get straight into it. Now to start things off

what you're going to do, you are going to go into editing your website, okay

So obviously you're going to want to make sure to have a proper site, so here you have Welcome

to your dashboard. I'm going to go into design site, all right? And once this loads up, what

you're going to want to do is obviously you're going to get into the template where we're going

to want to change things up, you know, switch things up, and as that happens obviously we're

going to go into the app markets to, you know, get a really good general idea of how you're going

to add all the images together for your products or whatever, you know, for your blog, whatever

you're creating over here. So also one more thing that you're going to need to get a good idea

is when you're creating a slideshow, you're going to need to obviously add a section for yourself

okay? So when you add a section, what's going to happen is, let's say we have, we come over here

to add section. Now in add section, you obviously get a lot of options to add sections for yourself

You can add a blank section and in that blank section you can add as many images you want

you know, it all depends on the amount of styling you want to go with. So I'm going to go ahead

and click on blank section and we have our blank section right here, you know, and I'm going to

increase its size a bit. There we go. Now once we do this, we're going to go and add elements and

we are going to come over to video and music, okay? So you can go ahead and add your media from here

and then you can come to interactive and then you can add in your slideshows from here. So we're

going to click on full width slideshows. Now once we click on those on the right hand side, you can

see we get a lot of templates to work with, okay? And we are going to choose any one of these templates

for our working, you know, for our thing to start working. So let's go ahead with this one, you know

it's a pretty good width of the slideshow. I'm going to add it right here and it looks like that

you know, it looks pretty nice, looks pretty decent. So yeah, here you have your slideshow

Now once you add your slideshow, what's going to happen from here is you're going to be adding your

images into the actual slideshow because currently the slideshow, I don't think, has a lot of things

in it. So I'm going to go on to manage slides. I'm going to delete all the slides that it has

and I'm going to add the slides that I want to add, okay? So I'm going to go ahead and click on

add new slide. I'm just going to consistently click on add new slides until we come over here

Now I'm going to go ahead and click on change slide backgrounds and here I'm going to go on image

and for each image you go on you can, you know, add your very own image. So let's say I want to

add this to my slides. I'm going to click on change background and that's going to add, you know

the media I want. You can actually go ahead and quick edit the whole slide thing by simply coming

to quick edit and as you can see you have this slide and then you have this slide. You can change

this setting as well. Just go on, change, go to the image you want to change it to

Then once this is saved, again, go back to the slides. You're going to go to slide number two

okay? And once we go over to that, again, choose the third slide. On the third slide you're going

to go into change again. Let's say I'm going to go over this slide again. Once we've chosen that

go back, forward slide, change, and once you click on change, again, choose your image

I'm going to add an image from my own PC to also show you how you can upload media by yourself

okay? So I'm going to click on upload media. I'm going to click on upload from computer

and once we click on that, it's going to bring us here where we can add our very own image that

we want to as well. So let's say I'm going to go ahead and add this image over here. Go ahead and

add that and I'm going to just wait for it to load in and once it loads in, let me show you how your

website is supposed to look. So here you have your website. I'm going to click on change background

and it's going to adjust it to that and once you do that, that's saved. Now let me show you in the

preview section on how this change of websites or this change of images in the slides is going to

look. So if someone comes here, you know, they can click on these slides and look at that. It starts

changing the image and you know, it's a basic slideshow. So you know, that's how you're going

to add a slideshow. Now let me go back to the editor and show you how you can actually edit

the aspects of this slide as well. So I'm going to go into quick edit. Once you go into quick edit

you can actually add different textings in these. You can go to their layout and change the way

they're looking, change the way they're added into this section and moving on. Let's say I'm

going to come here. You can actually go into the design aspect of these sites, change how the design

is supposed to look, change if the buttons are going to be narrowed down or they're going to be

further apart. Again, go on to manage slides if you want to. You can rename these slides for yourself

if you want to give them a good idea of working. Then you have the settings of the slides

You can, you know, keep the interval time between the changes of the slides. Okay, you can

set any time you want, any time that you're comfortable with. Just go ahead with that

and, you know, you can stop your autoplay. If someone's hovering over your slides, you can

stop the autoplay and you have transition effects. You know how your slides are going to go away

vertically, horizontally, in and out or crossfade. So, you know, that's in and out. This is crossfade

So you can go one of these if you want to. I'm going to go with that and now once you're done

with all this, you can finally give it one final look. Okay, so you're going to come to preview

and as you can see, once you do that, it fades away. It adds a crossfade and that looks pretty

cool. That looks pretty nice and it gives your, you know, actual page a really good idea of

designing and how you're going to set all these things up. So that's the basic idea and the basic

because it's pretty simple. What you're going to do is you're going to come over to your Wix.com

Once you're in your Wix.com, what you're going to do from here is you're going to redirect and

relay yourself to this section and you're going to make sure that every app is set it up and your

page is set it up. From there, you're going to go into design site and once you go into design site

going to do is obviously you're going to go to your editor, you know, whatever you're editing with

From here, you are going to go into add section. From add section, you are going to want to go into
