In this video, what I'm going to be doing is I'm going to be walking you through the aspects of how you are going to be going ahead and creating a beautiful looking Wix page

Okay, you're going to be creating a website. It could be an e-commerce website. It could be a blog

it could be an article whatever you want okay there's definitely tons and tons of niches that you

could work around but i'm going to be going ahead with a more e-commerce approach okay and i'm going to be

using wix's very own classic page editor i'm going to be going through all the aspects of it i'm going to be

showing you the tools how the features work all the integrations and all the what-nots that go into

using wicks's very own creator so to start things up what we're going to do is we're going to come

over to wix.com. Now, if you don't have an account, the sign of process is really simple

All you're going to do is you're going to come over to wicks.com. Sign in with your account

You're just going to let them know your email, verify it, and you're good to go. So this is what

the general dashboard is supposed to look like. Okay, this is what Wix's dashboard is

Now, to start off with this, I'm going to go ahead and click on create new site. And what that will do

is it will give them a template that, okay, this person wants to create a newer template for a new

site. So first of all, it's going to ask you, do you want to start building with AI? Now, obviously

you can do that because why not? It's pretty easy, right? But in this video, we're talking about

the classic page editor. So I'm going to skip this bit. I'm going to go ahead with setup without AI

Now, once you go on set up without AI, what it's going to do from there is it's going to load

things up. So what kind of website are you creating? So, you know, there's these business type

websites, you get portfolio, blog, consultant, technology, restaurant, and event. I'm going to go

with online store because that is what we're looking for right now. So I'm going to go with

online store and then they give me tons and tons of categories of online stores in as itself

Okay So there drum store There clothing store accessory store art store skate store jewelry store you know tons and tons of stores to work in So I am going to go ahead with online video game store

Okay, let's go ahead with that and click on next. Now, once you click on next from there, it goes ahead and prepares your dashboard

You know, all the widgets and all the formalitys and all the functions you need for an online

video game store are going to be given to you. They're going to be provided to you firsthand. So obviously it says, let's get your store

and running so you're going to let them know your name and all so i'm just going to call this john okay for

now or you can even skip these things that it says do you already have an online store if you don't

you could just go with that product types you know do you have physical products drop shipping products

all these things then the sales channel you know where would you like to sell on an online store

optimize these accordingly, set these for yourself. And once you've obviously gone with these details, what it does is brings you here

So now from here, what you're going to do is we're going to go ahead and click on design site

So this is where it takes us into the classic page editor. So how would you like you to design your website

So first of all, again, there's the AI. But to go into the classic page editor, you're going to go into customize a design template

And we're going to click on pick a template. So basically once we do that, it's going to load us into this section

So it says, you know, gives us the results for online video game stores

And you get all these templates. So gaming vlogs, gaming stores, sporting goods store, electronic store, gaming forums

you know, all the basic things that, you know, actually tell us and help us about gaming

Now, to start things off, what we can do is we can pick off any template

You can start fresh by using a blank template, but obviously that is going to get into very big technicality

So I'm going to go with this one, okay, this is a gaming store. So you can actually go ahead and view the store to see if it actually matches what you want

Okay so you can view this right now or you can straight go into edit and start editing with it Now trust me editing with the classic page editor is absolutely simple It minimalistic It like cutting through butter

Okay? All you're going to do is you're simply going to just go to the elements that it gives on

the left hand side, which are basically your editorial tools. And you're just going to drag and drop them in the main widgets, okay

And while you're dragging and dropping them, it gives you a good idea of how you're going to work

with this. Now usually the editor does take a little time. Okay, you need to give it a few minutes to, you know, actually take everything in

And you need to give it a few minutes to actually vote in. So I'm just going to wait for it to do that for me

And obviously, once that is done, you're going to get into the editorial section of the actual classic editor

Now, one more fun thing about Wix's editor is the actual amount of SEO and integrations you get

Okay, you don't get this kind of stuff on basic website. So, you know, you can get your marketing and SEO in these sections

So search engine optimization, email marketing, Google ads, coupon, social media marketing

You get all those things in this hand. And then on the other hand, you can get your apps like integrations

You have different management apps. You have CMSs, okay, so which is your content management system basically

Then there's developer tools, like logs, monitoring, secret engaging dashboards and all

So I'm just going to wait for the actual page editor to open up so I can start explaining you what the page editor actually coincides in

All right. So as you can see, now the page editor is open for us. And now, first of all, it's going to go ahead and add some things

Okay, it's going to add some members. It's going to add some apps. So here it says, let AI write your site content

Now it says add some details about your site. Okay, so, you know, it starts off with a pet care salon with services for dogs and cats, bats, haircuts, nail t, and training, small and dedicated staff in New York City

So, obviously, this is AI writing your content, which you can go ahead with, but that's obviously generative text, and I don't really want to, you know, mess around with that

Now this is the full view of your website and this is your current website but obviously on the left hand side you can see you have elements You have sections pages and menu side designs apps business media and CMS

Now to start things off, if you want to edit something that's already existing in your website

you're simply going to click on that section and look at this. So let's say I want to edit this logo, right

So you're going to click on that. Here you can see click on change works or art and go ahead and change things from, you know

your classic things, you know, pretty simple. So you can upload media, whatever you want

Then you have these things over here. Horizontal menus, you can manage these menus navigate with each other

You have this logo over here. You have your sections. You have your photos

Most of the things that can be edited in the most easiest and simplistic ways possible

And then moving on, more over, more things that you can do is you can actually add things

through the classic editor. So you can add different elements like titles. images, buttons, strips, decoratives, boxes, galleries, menu and anchor, contact forms

and a whole lot more. So this gives us a good idea of, you know, the generality and the actual

duality of how you're going to work with the editor. And obviously there's different designing

widgets so you can add different types of sections and each section has its own template

So you can add this section, add this section. These are obviously welcome sections about

gallery, team, contact, any type of things you want are available in Wix's editor

And once you actually went ahead and used all of these things, obviously there's the apps as
