So this is an awesome PDF that I found by just doing a simple Google search

The problem is while I can copy and paste the text, I can't find a way to edit this PDF

So if you find yourself in this situation, here's one thing you can do to convert this PDF into a Word document that you can edit. You're going to go to this website

It's called I Love PDF and it has a ton of tools

associated with PDF files. We're going to choose the option that says PDF to Word and

we're just going to select that file. We'll just select the button convert to Word and the conversion will be underway

Okay, it is now finished. I'm going to download that file and now take a look at this
