So in this video, I'm going to show you how you can remove the background of any video
0:05
without a green screen in just a few seconds. It's really powerful and really easy. But before I do
0:12
that, consider subscribing to my YouTube channel where each week I'll be uploading new videos on
0:16
a variety of different topics, including video. So thank you for your consideration. And now let's
0:22
get started. So this is such a cool trick. It's going to use the app CapCut, which is a super
0:28
powerful app. It's a free download. And especially if you like making videos on TikTok, this gives
0:34
you a lot more options for editing and adding elements on your videos that you can then upload
0:40
directly to TikTok or any other social media site. So what you'll need is first a video that you want
0:46
to remove the background. I want to get rid of everything in this video besides the woman dancing
0:51
of course. The next thing that you'll need is going to be some type of background. For this
0:56
I've chosen to use this pink purplish background. And the last thing you need to do is to download
1:01
the free app CapCut, which is available on iOS or Android. So let's get started. We're going to start
1:10
by launching CapCut and choosing new project. From here, I'm going to choose the video that I want to
1:17
upload for my project, which is that video of the dancing woman. Okay, so we've got our dancer right
1:24
over here. I want to tap on the clip and go to the bottom. And if I scroll, there will be this
1:29
option that says remove with background at the very bottom. And just like that, the background
1:35
is removed. Now you can see because of the movement of her hair, it's not 100% perfect
1:41
but at the same time, I think it still looks pretty good. So we have the background removed
1:46
really easy. Like I told you, the next step is going to be to bring in the background footage
1:53
that I want to use. So I'm just going to select the plus button. And this time I am going to
1:57
choose my footage, click add. And now I've got these two clips side by side. So what I need to
2:05
do is just tap on the footage of my dancer, the one that I want to put in the front, go to the
2:11
bottom and find the option that says overlay. And that is going to put our video over this animated
2:18
footage in the background. And I just have to adjust this clip. Looks like it's already adjusted
2:23
So now when I play this, there we go. The background is removed and I have my dancer
2:29
in the foreground. Because the background is longer than the footage that I have of
2:34
this woman dancing, what I may want to do is go to the bottom and copy and maybe just add another
2:41
video clip there. Okay, so I'm just about finished. I just want to make sure that I
2:46
just cut my background because it is longer by just selecting split, getting rid of the excess
2:56
And there we go. Okay, one last thing you can do if you want, you can get rid of this watermark
3:02
One of the many reasons why I like CapCut. So to do that, you just have to kind of tap
3:08
right over here on that card at the end and hit delete. And now you'll notice it's gone
3:15
So our last step is going to be to export this. You just select the arrow at the top of the screen
3:22
In a few seconds, this will go through and export directly to your camera roll. There we go. Now I'm
3:29
going to check my camera roll. And you'll notice video is right here in the bottom corner. And I'm
3:35
all set to upload that or to do whatever I want. So just a quick way that you can remove the
3:42
background of any video using CapCut, which by the way, is an awesome app, especially if you're
3:48
interested in creating mobile video. Well, thank you for watching. If you have any questions
