This is going to be a quick video that will show you something that stumped me for a couple minutes
0:11
and that is how to export a Canva presentation into a PowerPoint file. So it's very easy. Initially
0:20
when I did this I went at the top where it said download and I just assumed that by clicking file
0:27
type PowerPoint would be an option in this menu. Now this is showing us more universal generic
0:34
files. If you want a specific type of file there's one place where you have to go. So rather than
0:42
just clicking the download button here, what you'll want to do is to click on these three dots
0:48
up at the top right and as you scroll down you're not going to find PowerPoint in any of these top
0:57
choices. But if you click see all it's going to expand. There's some more options on here and
1:04
you'll notice that Microsoft PowerPoint is right over here. So if I just click on PowerPoint it's
1:12
now going to give me the option to save all the pages or one page whatever I want. I can click
1:19
download. You'll notice at the bottom that the export process has begun and in just a few minutes
1:28
this Canvas presentation will be automatically converted to a PowerPoint file. And there it is
1:36
You can see that the PowerPoint file looks pretty good. Almost exactly the same as how it looks in
1:44
Canvas. Some things may not be a hundred percent perfect but we'll be close. So again if you want
1:50
to export a Canvas presentation to PowerPoint, before you click that download button just move
1:56
over to the three dots on the right hand side, scroll down until you can see PowerPoint and then
