In the next 5 minutes, I'm going to show you how to create an email signature like this one over here
0:06
So in this, you'll be able to add a picture and also add links to your social media or your website
0:12
So let's get started. So I've added a link in the description and you just have to click on that to get this template
0:18
So when you click on the link, you reach this page and just click on make a copy
0:24
And now this is the template which you can edit and then add into Gmail to create a signature
0:29
So the first thing you should do is just enter all of the details that you want
0:34
So change the name, the company. If there are some details that you want to omit, like let's say you don't want a website
0:42
you can select that line and just click on delete. And now it's gone
0:46
So quickly just change all of your details over here. So now I've changed the details
0:53
After that, if I want to change the colors or anything, I can do all of that from here
0:58
It's like a normal Google Doc where I can format the color, make it bold, italics, anything
1:05
Then at the bottom, I can decide which social media links I want to put
1:10
So these are the four options for now. If you want to add one, you can just insert the image
1:15
But let's say I want to remove Twitter. I can click on it and just click on delete
1:20
And now it's gone. So now the only thing left to add is the picture
1:24
So for this, we're going to be using this website to get a picture in a circular form
1:30
So first I'll just open this website on a new tab. After that, you'll have to click on upload image
1:37
That's over here. Then you'll have to select an image from your PC
1:41
And as you can see, the image has come here. From here, we can resize it and then just click on crop circle and then click on download
1:51
And it's done. So I'll go back to the doc. After that, I'll click on this image and then click on replace image
1:59
That's on top over here. I'll select upload from computer and now open the last file which you downloaded
2:05
And as you can see, the image that we just cropped has come here
2:09
So now assuming you've made all the changes that you want, and this is how you want your signature to look
2:15
Then all we have to do is copy this. So I've selected it and I'll click on control C
2:22
And then we'll have to go to Gmail. So in Gmail, you'll have to click on the settings icon that's on the top right
2:28
Click on see all settings. And here in general, just scroll down
2:33
You'll find an option called signature. Here, just click on create new
2:37
You can give a name if you want. Then click on create. And here in this box on the right, we have to just paste what we copied
2:45
So I'll click on control V. And now as you can see, the signature has come here
2:50
So this is exactly what we created in the doc. And there's only one thing left to do and that's add links to our social media
2:58
So as of now, only three icons are here. But to make this a link, just select the image
3:04
So I'll select Facebook and then click on control K, which is to add a link
3:11
And now I can just enter the URL of my Facebook page and click on OK
3:17
So now if someone clicks on the Facebook icon, they'll be taken to your page
3:22
And you can follow the same steps for Instagram and LinkedIn. And then once you're done, just scroll down and click on save changes
3:31
So now let's see how our signature looks. I click on compose that's in the top left
3:36
Then over here, I click on the insert signature button that's down and select sign one
3:42
And as you can see, our signature has come here. So this is basically how it works
3:47
And if you want to know how to clear the spam from your Gmail inbox
3:51
you can check out this video over here. That's it for today. Goodbye
