In the next two minutes, I'm going to show you how to clear your Google Drive storage
0:05
So let's get started. First, go to your browser, then make sure you've signed in with your Google account
0:13
and then search for one.google.com slash storage slash management. I've given the link for this so you can just click on that
0:23
So we've reached the storage manager. And from here, we can delete large files from Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos
0:32
And they've made it extremely simple. So first you can see how much storage is in the trash of each of these Google services
0:41
And if you find that one of them is a lot, you can just click on review and clean up
0:45
that's here. And then just click on delete all that's on the top right
0:53
So like this, you can clear the trash of all these three Google services
0:59
Then when you scroll down, you'll find large items. And this is what's important
1:05
Here they've compiled all of the large files for each Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos
1:11
And you can just review them and delete the ones which you don't want
1:15
So I'll quickly show you how to do that. So first for Gmail, if I click on review and clean up
1:22
Here I can see all of the large emails. If I click on this button, then I can sort them based on the size
1:29
And now to delete them, I just have to select the ones which I want to delete and then click
1:34
on delete on the top right. The same way you can do this for Google Drive and Google Photos
1:40
Just click on review and clean up. Over here, select what you want to delete and click on delete
1:48
So this is how to free up space in Google Drive. So I hope this video helped you. Goodbye
