We are going to create our own characters in Canva, which you can use for presentations print materials or even videos

What you want to do is to select these three dots on the left-hand side of your screen

And this will allow us to connect different apps the app that we want to connect is right over here

That says character builder if you don't see it for whatever reason you can always search for it up at the top

But I'm going to select character builder, and I'm going to choose this button that says use

Once character builder has been connected. You should see it on the left-hand side

Now the first thing that I'll have to do is to choose a head so I'm just going to take this one

You'll see that now Canva has gone through and assigned a face and a body

But if I don't like the face I can go in and I can change this expression to a happier one

There's a surprised one. It looks like kind of a nervous one a few different expressions that are on here

So I just have to choose the expression that I want and then just choose the body as well

Lots of different options that are on here Now I can change the skin tone as you can see right over here. I can also change the hair now

I don't have hair For this particular character, so I just switched it and now I can do this or I can even give it

Let's see purple hair if I would like but after your character has been created

You can just select done and now I'm able to use this character

Anywhere that I want on my slide. The next thing I can do is just select another one same exact thing

I can just give it that same hairstyle. But this time I'm gonna change the body a little bit
