US, Phoenix: Phoenix Driver Extricated After Crashing Into Fuel Truck.

Phoenix, United States - June 06, 2026 06/06/2026 03:16 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Fire crews from the Phoenix Fire Department responded to reports of a traffic collision with an occupant trapped at the intersection of Grand Avenue and 35th Avenue shortly after 3:10 a.m. Saturday. Upon arrival, firefighters found a minivan that had collided with the rear of a fuel tanker truck in the southbound lanes of Grand Avenue. The male driver was trapped inside the vehicle and unable to exit. Firefighters utilized mechanical extrication to remove the door of the minivan before stabilizing the driver and transporting him to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
