US, Phoenix: Phoenix North 35th Avenue Fatal Auto Collision.

Phoenix, United States - May 27, 2026 05/26/2026 07:54 pm GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – At around 7:54 p.m., Tuesday evening, the Phoenix Fire Department was dispatched to the area of North 35th Avenue and West Bell Road for a possible traffic collision with one of the vehicles on fire. On arrival, firefighters found two vehicles with heavy damage. One of the involved vehicles, a white pickup truck, was found on its roof and on fire. One unknown patient was trapped in the pickup truck and was pronounced dead at the scene. Three patients were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The Phoenix Police Department is on scene investigating the cause of the collision. Both the northbound and southbound lanes of North 35th Avenue are closed at this time.
