US, Phoenix: Phoenix Peoria Avenue Vehicle Collision Involving a Pedestrian.

Phoenix, United States - June 20, 2026 06/19/2026 08:32 pm GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Around 8:32 p.m., Friday night, the Glendale and Phoenix Fire Departments were called out to the intersection of North 35th Avenue and West Peoria Avenue for reports of a vehicle that had collided with a pedestrian. On arrival, firefighters located an unknown person lying in the westbound lanes just west of the intersection and a white vehicle with heavy front-end damage. Firefighters treated and transported the patient to a local hospital with a possible neck injury. The patient was alert and breathing upon transport. The Phoenix Police Department is on scene to investigate the cause of the traffic collision. Westbound traffic is being diverted at North 35th Avenue while police conduct their investigation.
