US, Phoenix: Phoenix 15th Avenue Vehicle vs Pedestrian Graphic Content.

Phoenix, United States - July 10, 2026 07/10/2026 04:50 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix Fire Department responded to reports of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian near 15th Avenue and Indian School Road. Upon arrival, first responders located the collision at 15th Avenue and Clarendon Avenue. Officers found an adult male who had been struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle that hit the pedestrian remained at the scene and was cooperating with police. Phoenix fire personnel arrived and began rendering aid. Due to the pedestrian's declining condition, Phoenix Fire personnel started CPR. The pedestrian was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition. Phoenix police closed 15th Avenue from Fairmont Avenue to Clarendon Avenue to secure the area.
