US, Phoenix: Mesa US-60 Motorcycle Crash.

Phoenix, United States - May 03, 2026 05/02/2026 09:40 pm GMT-0700 MESA, Ariz. – The Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Mesa Fire Department responded to reports of a motorcycle traffic collision on the eastbound US–60 at the Gilbert Road off-ramp at 9:40 p.m. Saturday night. According to initial unconfirmed information gathered at the scene, troopers arrived and located a motorcycle rider who was not wearing a helmet and suffered a severe head injury after crashing while on the off-ramp. The victim was transported by Mesa Fire Department personnel to a local area hospital with serious injuries. DPS closed the eastbound US–60 Gilbert Road off-ramp as they investigated the collision. Following the conclusion of the investigation, the roadway was reopened shortly after 11:40 p.m.
