US, Phoenix: Mesa Car Crashes Into House.

Phoenix, United States - August 16, 2026 08/16/2026 01:52 am GMT-0700 MESA, Ariz. – Firefighters from the cities of Mesa and Gilbert responded to the 2500 block of East Javelina Avenue shortly after 1:50 a.m. Sunday, to reports of a car that had collided into a house. Firefighters arrived on scene and located a car that had crashed into the front brick wall of a residential house. At least one occupant of the car was evaluated for injuries by firefighters, but ultimately refused transport to the hospital. According to initial unconfirmed information gathered at the scene, the driver of the car fled the scene of the collision and is currently outstanding. Firefighters began cutting wood boards to reinforce the front wall of the house due to the lack of structural integrity.
