US, Phoenix: Phoenix 7th Avenue Single Vehicle Rollover Crash.

Phoenix, United States - August 08, 2026 08/08/2026 04:30 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix fire crews responded to reports of a single-vehicle traffic collision near 7th Avenue and Portland Street. According to Phoenix police at the scene, a vehicle crashed through a wall and into a tree near the northeast corner of 7th Avenue and Portland Street. Two unidentified occupants were transported to a local trauma center by Phoenix fire personnel. One occupant was transported in critical condition with CPR in progress, and the condition of the second occupant has yet to be confirmed. A hard closure was established for 7th Avenue, spanning from Roosevelt Street to Interstate 10. The eastbound Interstate 10 off-ramp for 7th Avenue was also closed. Phoenix Police Vehicular Crimes Unit detectives responded to the scene and assumed command of the investigation.
