Phoenix, United States - August 08, 2026 08/08/2026 01:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix fire crews responded to the area of 15th Avenue and Camelback Road for reports of a vehicle vs pedestrian crash. According to Phoenix police at the scene, an unidentified pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the westbound lanes of Camelback Road. The pedestrian was transported to a local trauma center in unknown condition. The involved driver remained at the scene. A westbound closure was established for Camelback Road at 15th Avenue while the Phoenix Police Department investigated the crash.
