Bakersfield, United States - July 28, 2026 07/27/2026 11:04 pm GMT-0700 BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A motorcycle crash occurred at the intersection of Alfred Harrell Highway and Lily Drive late last night, leaving a 19-year-old male with a partial amputation, according to preliminary information from initial reports. Emergency responders from the Bakersfield Fire Department arrived shortly after the incident to stabilize the victim, who was found in the gutter area of the intersection. An additional motorcyclist was present with the victim when first responders arrived, and family members later came to the scene. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with a red trauma activation. As of this time, the confirmed status of the patient remains unclear.
