**Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Salsa** 🍍🔥
**Ingredients:**
- 1.3 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 21.1 oz cooked rice
- 10.9 oz pineapple, diced
- 8.4 oz black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 0.5 oz cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. Rub jerk seasoning on both sides of chicken.
2. Cook chicken in a hot skillet (7 mins per side).
