Baked Cottage Cheese Tomato Fritters π§

Ingredients:
β 14 oz cottage cheese
β 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
β 2 garlic cloves, crushed
β 2 green onions, sliced
β 0.2 oz fresh basil, chopped
β 1 egg
β 1 tsp herbes de Provence
β 5.3 oz spelt flour
β Salt & pepper
Salad Side:
β 3.5 oz mixed greens
β 5.5 oz cherry tomatoes
β 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
