US, Phoenix: Chandler Motorcyclist Dead After Crashing Off Freeway Interchange Graphic Content.

Phoenix, United States - July 05, 2026 07/05/2026 04:00 am GMT-0700 CHANDLER, Ariz. – The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal motorcycle traffic collision that occurred at approximately 4:00 a.m. Sunday. Troopers and firefighters from the city of Chandler responded to a motorcycle crash at the Loop 101 and Loop 202 Santan interchange. Troopers arrived and located a motorcyclist who was traveling on the southbound Loop 101 to eastbound Loop 202 transition ramp when they crashed and were ejected into the landscaping below, adjacent to the Loop 202. Firefighters arrived and pronounced the rider deceased at the scene. The motorcycle was located on the transition ramp, approximately 75 feet above where the rider landed. Troopers closed the southbound Loop 101 to eastbound Loop 202 transition ramp as they investigate the crash.
