US, Los Angeles: Reseda Reckless Driver Pursued and Captured.

Los Angeles, United States - May 21, 2026 05/20/2026 11:00 pm GMT-0700 RESEDA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department Topanga Division pursued a reckless driver traveling at high speed. The chase intensified when the driver blew out a tire but continued to travel on the bare rim. Police authorized a Precision Intervention Technique (PIT) maneuver after the suspect pulled into a parking lot on the 18000 block of Sherman Way. The driver was taken into custody, and both Los Angeles Police Department vehicles and the suspect's vehicle sustained damage as a result of the maneuver.
