US, Dallas: Dallas DWI Driver Taken Into Custody After Crash.

Dallas, United States - May 21, 2026 05/21/2026 01:30 am GMT-0500 DALLAS, Texas. – Dallas police troopers and the Dallas Fire Department responded to a report of a solo vehicle traffic collision on the south lanes of the Dallas North Tollway near Trinity Mills Road. Upon arrival, crews found a black Mercedes that had crashed into the left shoulder of the highway. The driver was not injured in the collision. Troopers evaluated the man for potential driving while intoxicated (DWI). It was determined that the driver was under the influence, and he was subsequently taken into custody without incident.
