US, Los Angeles: Historic South-Central Ejection Crash on 110 Freeway.

Los Angeles, United States - September 08, 2026 09/07/2026 11:20 pm GMT-0700 Historic South-Central – Los Angeles firefighters responded to reports of a traffic collision with ejection this evening on Interstate 110 North just north of West Vernon Avenue. At approximately 11:20 PM, officials noted that one individual was conscious and breathing in a lane of traffic. The California Highway Patrol was dispatched shortly after the initial report. By 11:22 PM, it was confirmed that units were on the scene. A black sedan was involved, which was blocking the slow lane. All lanes of traffic were halted at this location shortly thereafter. Firefighters transported the victim to the hospital, with their condition currently unknown.
