Really get comfortable and settle in here. Have a sense that all distractions can fade away

Hypnosis is very relaxing. And as your body begins to relax now, you'll notice that your mind develops more focus

Then as you float up above this memory, just stop and consider what your most successful and encouraging self would say to your past self

I want you to observe your past self, embracing all of this wisdom
