That's right. Begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath, inhaling deeply through your nose

feeling the air fill your lungs and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension

Another deep breath in and as you exhale, let go of any stress or worry that you may

be carrying with you. Feel the soothing rhythm of your breath, a natural ebb and flow that mirrors the calmness

Let your body totally relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the support beneath you

within you. And now, with commitment and inner strength, begin to cut through the cord that connects
