US, Phoenix: Phoenix Man Falls From Rooftop After Physical Fight On Top Of Kobalt Bar.

Phoenix, United States - May 16, 2026 05/16/2026 02:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix fire crews responded to reports of an injured person call at Kobalt cocktail bar on Central Avenue and Catalina Drive. According to initial unconfirmed information gathered at the scene, an unidentified victim was transported to a local hospital due to a fall injury. Officers learned the victim fell from the roof of the bar following a physical altercation with an unidentified subject. Several witnesses stated that both parties involved in the fight were employees. This has yet to be confirmed by Phoenix police. Both parties involved in the fight accessed the rooftop via a maintenance staircase on the southeast side of the bar. Once on the roof, a physical fight broke out between the two subjects, leading to one subject falling from the roof and landing in the parking area west of the bar's main entrance. The second subject involved in the altercation has been detained.
