Officers and firefighters arrived on the scene and found multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds inside the complex. A neighbor, who did not want to be identified, reported that two individuals possibly died in one of the fourth-floor units. However, police and firefighters have not confirmed the number of victims shot or killed. Police are searching for a black vehicle that may belong to the suspect or suspects, which left the scene traveling northbound on Towne Avenue near Holt Avenue. Authorities maintain a significant presence in the area, and the California Highway Patrol is assisting the Pomona Police Department with containment.
