US, Los Angeles: Pomona 3rd Alarm Pallet Fire Part 2.

Los Angeles, United States - May 24, 2026 05/23/2026 06:36 pm GMT-0700 POMONA, Calif. – Los Angeles County Fire Department crews are battling a large pallet fire in the 1400 block of East 9th Street in Pomona. The fire has been upgraded to a third alarm, prompting a request for additional resources to respond. Firefighters from the Chino Valley Fire Department, along with personnel from multiple nearby cities, are on the scene assisting in the efforts to control the blaze. Firefighters, along with workers, have made attempts to save equipment and work trucks from inside the power yard, where propane tanks have been located. These tanks have not yet exploded. Efforts to extinguish the fire are ongoing.
