Welcome to EdTechHustle, my name is Rich and in this video I'm going to show you how you can use AI to create your own song riff with this new website called Rifffusion

Let's go ahead and take a look. So by now everyone should know about ChatGPT

Well I'm going to show you kind of like the ChatGPT of song making

And that website is called Rifffusion, you can find it at Rifffusion.com

So this website is awesome because all you do is add a prompt and it will take care of creating the song for you with the lyrics that you've selected as well as the music

Let's take a listen to a few examples. Okay, let's try this one

Let's see how to create our own. Now the first thing that you'll probably have to do to get the full features of this program is to go right up here to the top, log in for more, you can create your own account

Okay, so once we're signed in, we are going to go right over here and create our own riff

Now the first thing that we can do is to type our own lyrics. There is a speech to text feature where I guess you can sing your own lyrics if you would like, but I'm going to use this option to use AI to create the lyrics for the song

Now it's a very brief song, you can use between 5 and 20 words

So for this one, I'm going to say write a song in the style of Taylor Swift

Okay, perfect. Here are the lyrics that it was able to come up with. Next, I want to describe the sound

So if I select Prompt Genius, it's going to give me a random style of song that I can use

Let's see if it gives this. There we go. That's an example. Now for this one, since it is in the style of Taylor Swift, I'm going to try this prompt, 2010 pop music

Now one of the things you might be wondering is why don't you just put like in the style of Taylor Swift

If you do it, you can see it says our model doesn't know the name of instrument, so it will not let you generate that probably for copyright reasons I'm assuming

But hopefully this will give us something that sounds similar to a Taylor Swift song

And now I'm going to select riff. And in just a few minutes, you'll see three different examples of AI generated songs

Let's listen to how this sounds. Okay, not too bad. How about this one

Okay, and then this one. Okay, now if there's one that I like, like I think I like this one the best, I can select this option and do more

And you do have a few different options. You can save this as a video that I can upload to TikTok or Instagram or YouTube shorts

It's going to be that vertical video. I can also download the MP3 file. I can even open this up and remix it some more if I want to

Or I can use this option that says split out stems. And then right over here, it kind of divided each part of the song and made it their own audio track

And everything else. So pretty cool. If you just wanted to isolate that one part or maybe download all of these stems and use it to make a longer song, you can do that with Riffusion

Another thing you can do is there's a way that you can copy the link, you can share the link

Now, one thing to keep in mind is if you do want this to be kind of a song that you don't share with the world, you do have to change the visibility
