š„ 1.3 lbs baby potatoes, halved
š„¬ 7.7 oz red cabbage, sliced
šæ 2 green onions, sliced
š± 4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
āŖ 2 tsp sesame seeds
Dressing:
š§ 1 clove garlic, grated
š« 1 tsp ginger, grated
š„¢ 1 tbsp miso paste
吸 tsp coconut sugar
š¶ļø ½ tsp chili flakes
š¢ļø 2 tbsp sesame oil
š„ 2 tbsp plain soy yogurt
Instructions:
1ļøā£ Boil potatoes in salted water (10-15 min), drain & cool.
2ļøā£ Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
