Ingredients:

2 tbsp gochujang
โ
1 tbsp mirin
โ
2 tbsp tamari, divided
โ
1 tbsp honey
โ
1.5 tsp toasted sesame oil, divided
โ
4 cloves garlic, grated, divided
โ
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
โ
1 ยผ lbs salmon (4 portions)
โ
8 oz baby spinach
โ
1 tsp sesame seeds
โ
1 green onion, sliced
Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Mix gochujang, mirin, 1 tbsp tamari, honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Coat salmon with glaze.
2๏ธโฃ Broil for 5-7 min until caramelized.
3๏ธโฃ Sautรฉ garlic in ยฝ tsp sesame oil, add spinach, and cook until wilted. Add remaining tamari.
4๏ธโฃ Serve salmon over spinach, garnish with sesame seeds & green onion. Enjoy! ๐
