US, Phoenix: Phoenix Deer Valley Road Fatal Vehicle Vs Pedestrian Collision.

Phoenix, United States - September 05, 2026 09/05/2026 04:11 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix fire crews responded to the area of 33rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road for reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. According to Phoenix police at the scene, an unidentified pedestrian was struck by an eastbound Ford compact. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene by Phoenix fire personnel. The driver of the involved Ford remained at the scene and cooperated with police. A hard closure was established for Deer Valley Road while the Phoenix Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Unit detectives investigated the collision.
