Phoenix, United States - June 20, 2026 06/20/2026 02:45 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and Phoenix fire crews responded to reports of a shooting near 19th Avenue and Roma Avenue. According to initial unconfirmed information gathered at the scene, officers arrived to find an unidentified gunshot victim in the parking lot of a business plaza. The victim was transported to a local trauma center in unknown condition. Officers established a crime scene around a bullet-riddled Toyota Tundra in the plaza parking lot. A hard closure was established for 19th Avenue, spanning from Turney Avenue to Campbell Avenue while detectives investigated the incident.
