US, Phoenix: Phoenix 79th Avenue Shooting Investigation.

Phoenix, United States - June 06, 2026 06/05/2026 10:03 pm GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Phoenix Police Department and the Phoenix Fire Department responded to reports of a gunshot victim at the intersection of 79th Avenue and Hess Avenue shortly after 10:00 p.m. Friday. Police and firefighters arrived and located a single victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported by Phoenix Fire Department personnel to a local area hospital in unknown condition. Officers located several shell casings in the roadway as they conducted their investigation. No additional information was immediately available.
