US, Phoenix: Phoenix Colter Street Shooting Investigation.

Phoenix, United States - July 06, 2026 07/06/2026 12:37 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police and the Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex near 16th Street and Colter Street. According to initial unconfirmed information gathered at the scene, officers arrived to find an unidentified gunshot victim. The victim was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition with CPR in progress. Officers established a crime scene along Colter Street and within the apartment complex. Phoenix police detectives responded to the scene and assumed command of the investigation. The investigation remains active and additional details have yet to be released.
