US, Los Angeles: Diamond Bar RV Fire Spreads to Hillside on WB 60 Fwy.

Los Angeles, United States - July 10, 2026 07/10/2026 03:44 am GMT-0700 DIAMOND BAR, Calif. – California Highway Patrol received multiple 911 calls reporting an RV on fire on the westbound side of the 60 Freeway near Diamond Bar Boulevard. The Los Angeles County Fire Department and CHP arrived on the scene within minutes and found the RV fully engulfed in flames, with the fire spreading to the hillside. Firefighters reported that the fire covered approximately 1 acre. As a precaution, CHP has halted all westbound traffic at Phillips Ranch Road in Pomona. Authorities are still working to locate the driver of the RV. It is currently unknown if a SigAlert has been issued for the westbound lanes.
