US, Los Angeles: Brentwood Brush Fire Breaks Out Near Getty Center.

Los Angeles, United States - September 09, 2026 09/09/2026 04:43 pm GMT-0700 BRENTWOOD, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department and LA County resources responded. Fire is alongside the 405 Freeway near the Getty Center by Getty Center Drive. A 3-acre brush fire was initially reported at 4:43 p.m. and spread to 5 acres by 5 p.m. LAFD helicopters were dropping water on the fire. The fire is still burning, and efforts have been successful so far.
