Bill Cosby is facing renewed scrutiny after court records revealed new details in a sexual assault lawsuit filed by Donna Motsinger against the former ‘Cosby Show’ star. In testimony obtained by TMZ, Cosby admitted under oath that he repeatedly obtained Quaalude prescriptions to give the pills to women during sexual encounters. The 88-year-old said he refilled the prescription seven times but claimed he never personally took the drug himself, according to the deposition. Motsinger alleges Cosby raped her in 1972 while she worked at Trident restaurant in Sausalito, California, after he gave her a pill he called aspirin. She claims she became disoriented, lost consciousness, and later woke up partially clothed.  Cosby allegedly received the Quaaludes from Dr Leroy Amar, a gynecologist and acquaintance, during a poker game at his Los Angeles home. Cosby is seeking to have Motsinger's lawsuit dismissed, though the case remains active.
