Singer Jared Leto Accused Of Sexual Misconduct By Four Women

Four women have accused Oscar-winning actor and musician Jared Leto of criminal sexual conduct while they were teenagers, according to a new BBC documentary. Nine of the ten women interviewed in the film, ‘Jared Leto: Hollywood's Dark Secret,’ are sharing their stories publicly for the first time. One woman alleges Leto sexually assaulted her in a motel bathroom when she was 17, leaving her deeply traumatized. Another woman claims Leto threatened to sexually assault her at the age of 19 when she was left alone in the Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman's hotel room. A third woman recalled having sex with Leto at 17 in California, where he allegedly "shrugged off" a conversation about the age of consent laws in the state. In another account, a fourth woman alleges he groomed her when she was 16 through explicit phone calls. She later refused to sign an NDA from his legal team intended to silence her. The alleged incidents took place between 2002 and 2016, when Leto was in his 30s and 40s. He is currently 54.
