Bansi rava/wheat rava – 1 cup
Moong dal – ¼ cup
Water – 5 cups
Oil 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Black pepper seeds - 10-12
Red or green chilis – chopped, 4-5 or according to taste
Curry leaves – 10
Carrot, chopped – ¼ cup
