==Ingredients for 4-5 rotti==
Rice flour - 2 cups
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
hing - 1/4 tsp
fresh grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
Green chili - 2 chopped, more or less according to taste
Coriander/dhania leaves - 2 tbsp
Water - as needed to make soft dough
Oil - about 1-2 tbsp, to spread
