I am from
0:04
welcome to this space where we pause and
0:08
reflect to make a good out of the life
0:11
we are living.
0:13
[music]
0:14
Today we are connecting on the topic we
0:18
already started [music] with which is
0:20
self-reflection.
0:22
The last episode we [music] discussed on
0:24
the self. Making us understand that the
0:27
self is
0:29
that important aspect [music] of us that
0:31
we need to focus on because it is just
0:34
like the root of a tree. When the self
0:36
is not well taken care of, when
0:38
attention [music] is not given to the
0:40
self, when the self is not understood,
0:43
it is very difficult for us to bear the
0:46
kind of fruit we want to bear. [music]
0:48
We are going to discover that even as
0:50
trees no matter how you take [music]
0:52
care of a tree that does not have a good
0:54
root it will b it is bound not to work
0:58
[music] because the root is what
1:01
actually gives the tree the ability the
1:03
stamina to [music] withstand drought to
1:06
withstand strong wind and still live.
1:10
This is the same and today connecting
1:12
this aspect we want to look at this
1:14
[music] idea
1:16
or in in in self awareness which is
1:19
focusing on you understanding [music]
1:21
the inner voice. Do you know that you
1:24
have an inner voice? You bear with me
1:26
that during your daily activities
1:28
there's a there's an inner voice that
1:30
communicates with you. [music]
1:32
At times this inner voice will either
1:34
encourage you this inner voice will
1:35
cause you to run. This inner [music]
1:37
voice will cause you to feel that you
1:39
may not be able to succeed. This inner
1:41
voice will keep making you actually see
1:44
that the [music and singing] way is
1:45
clear. If you add a little effort,
1:47
you're going to move forward. Some of
1:49
us, our inner voices are shaped by the
1:52
experiences, the circumstances, the
1:53
expectations, the mistakes we already
1:56
made in the [music] past. And we are
1:58
taking it to believe that this is really
2:00
who we are. In actual fact, your inner
2:04
voice, the inner voice that is not
2:07
taking you to the place where [music]
2:09
you're going to, it has been shaped or
2:12
formed, conditioned by the environment.
2:14
It has been conditioned by other
2:16
aspects, even genetics. [music]
2:18
I am calling upon you today to come to a
2:22
place where you understand that your
2:24
relationship with your inner voice
2:26
matters [music] because if you have a
2:29
good relationship with your inner voice
2:31
is going to equally influence the
2:33
relationship you have [music]
2:35
with the physical world, how you
2:37
interact with people around you, how you
2:40
relate with the universe. [music]
2:43
Understanding how your inner world
2:45
function gives you this ability to stand
2:49
always in intentionality. It gives you
2:52
the strength to believe in yourself.
2:54
[music]
2:55
Listening to your inner voice means you
2:58
should listen not because you want to
3:01
agree with everything that [music]
3:03
you are getting from within. So you are
3:06
quietly choosing those that are
3:09
beneficial to you, those that are going
3:11
to move you forward. Dwelling on them so
3:14
that it builds that strength, [music]
3:18
the the power, the ability you need to
3:20
be able to move so that it is [music]
3:22
built. Your inner voice is your inner
3:26
capacity. But most often they are shaped
3:29
by limiting beliefs. They are shaped by
3:31
biased thinking. And when you understand
3:35
that you don't need to dwell on these
3:37
negative beliefs, life turns a new leaf.
3:42
You observe that shift as a person
3:44
[music]
3:44
and life will begin to flow in the
3:46
direction which you want to go.
3:48
Understand that for you to get to a
3:51
place of understanding what your inner
3:53
voice is actually communicating with
3:55
you, you have to come to a place of
3:57
awareness where you pause and ask a
4:00
question. What am I listening to? Are
4:04
they positive? Are they negative? When
4:07
you come to [music] this space, you
4:08
choose those uh uh conversation that are
4:11
positive. You empower them. You push
4:13
[music] them forward.
4:15
Know that understanding your inner voice
4:18
brings you clarity. It gives you the
4:21
opportunity to move forward. It gives
4:22
you the opportunity to believe that you
4:25
can do it. Thank you for being in this
4:28
space with me. Until next time, [music]
4:31
keep pausing and determining to
4:34
understand the kind of conversation that
4:36
you have within [music] yourself. The
4:37
internal dialogue is what propels you to
4:40
where you're going to. Thank you and
4:42
have [music] a nice
