LOLA and Dominic are two proud trans people, but their relationship doesn't always receive a positive response. Lola admitted to Love Don't Judge: "We're judged because we swapped genders," agreeing, Dominic added: "We definitely face more judgement on social media than anything." Discussing the trolling they receive, Lola explained: "They're always focused on body parts, which is no one's business." In this episode of Love Don't Judge, we'll see the couple meet with their friend, Rhea Litre, who had some reservations when the couple first met. Rhea revealed: "I thought that they were going to ruin each other's lives. I had separate conversations with the two of you about staying away from each other." Reflecting on their relationship, Lola said: "To the people who judge us, we're here to just love and live life. So regardless of you having a bad day, that's not going to stop us from having a good day."

I'm Lola
0:01
I'm Dominic. We're judged because we swap genders. We definitely face more judgement on social media
0:07
That's a man. I love seeing two men happily in love. So you are a straight man
0:14
So the real woman is the man, and the real man is a woman
0:18
My name is Rae Latre. I had all the Rae observations about their relationship. I thought that they were going to ruin each other's lives
0:23
I was completely gacked because I had separate conversations with both of you about staying
0:29
away from each other. I'm Dominic, this is my girlfriend Lola. We're going to have kids
0:35
but I don't plan on carrying them. We're judged because we swap genders. I started transitioning
0:40
about five years ago. I have not had any surgery, just a few modifications to my face. I started my
0:48
transition 10 years ago. I'm just on hormones and I've had top surgery. I never thought I would date
0:55
trans man. I never thought that I would date another trans person because I feel like society
0:59
has like expectations of like who trans people should date. Dating a trans person has helped
1:06
with my own journey by just the comfortability and the understanding. We definitely face more
1:11
judgment on social media than anything. Yeah like all the time. I feel like judgment amongst the
1:19
trans community in general it's always name calling back to the gender at birth which is
1:24
like that's old like come up with something else that is clearly a man so please don't insult
1:29
real woman that's a man i love seeing two men happily in love so y'all straight then so the
1:38
real woman is the man and the real man is a woman okay got it this is why i get so confused about
1:45
this community and the dating process a lot of the trolls on our posts and stuff it's when it
1:51
comes to like the straight with extra steps thing, like it's funny, but they're always
1:58
like focused on body parts like which is like nobody business I don let the negative comments stick with me because then I carrying that around on top of the weight that I already have carrying around being trans So I just kind of you know let it go I been doing social media for like eight years nine years So like the negative comments and stuff like that
2:21
I don't really pay attention to them that much. I realized I wanted to transition when I was 12
2:27
I was a tomboy like growing up and I was like around a lot of older people that were like
2:33
you know, tomboyish too. I thought that I was just like a lesbian
2:37
And then I kind of just like started like asking myself, you know, why do I feel like this
2:44
And then eventually I found, you know, the trans community. I was like Googling, you know
2:49
I feel like a boy trapped in a girl's body. And the next thing you know, there's all these YouTubers
2:53
like they're talking about how they feel and like what they're going through. And I was like, this is exactly what I feel like
2:59
I feel like I've always known, like growing up, I had all the Barbie dolls
3:03
I was into the hair, the makeup, but I wasn't educated or I didn't know what transgender
3:12
or trans was. Our friend Rhea is coming over today and we're going to discuss her opinions on our relationship
3:18
She is a wild card, so you never know what she's going to say. My name is Rhea Latray
3:23
I am drag's baddest and I am one of Lola and Dominic's best friends
3:28
I had all the Rhea-servations about their relationship. I thought that they were too young and they have too much to do and too much to accomplish
3:34
before they allow other people into their lives. But as in true Dominic and Lola fashion, they don't listen
3:42
I thought that they were going to ruin each other's lives. Asshu lakalaikum! Hey
3:50
You know I just stopped by and get some dinner up in here
3:56
Hi Dom! Hi Lola. So what did you think when you found out
4:00
that we were like, I was completely gagged because I had separate conversations
4:06
with both of you about staying away from each other because I knew the magnetism was there
4:10
but I didn't want it to derail you guys from your past. Did you ever see yourself finding another trans person
4:17
to hug up with No definitely I didn think I never thought that I be with another trans person I think it was a Monday night We met Lola and the next day you hit me up You like so tell me about this Lola girl
4:29
Tell me about her. Tell me about her. And I was like, no, I ain't telling you nothing
4:34
Stay away from her. And I, like most of my friends, they never take my advice
4:40
But in this case, I'm glad you did it. In this current climate that we live in
4:46
This future is scary. But it can be beautiful. Like, do you guys want to have kids
4:50
Do you guys want to get married? Yeah, I mean, we definitely want to get married and definitely want to have kids
4:55
But it's going to be a process. It's going to be, you know. Do you think you're going to have kids the old-fashioned way
5:01
No. No. Okay. You need a detective, baby. Yeah. I love you
5:06
Would you need me to carry it? Let me know. Oh, you want? Yeah, I think we'll do a surrogate
5:14
If I can't carry because of medical reasons, why wouldn't you carry? I just don't want to push a human out of my body
5:22
And I also don't want a belly. I don't want a human child inside of my stomach
5:26
I definitely don't want to give birth. There's so much that goes on during that process that I don't want to go through
5:32
I don't ever want him to do anything that he doesn't want to do. I mean, that's a lie
5:37
Carrying a baby is hard on the body. And also, especially being trans, there could be complications
5:44
And I don't want to put him at risk. At first, I was kind of like, you need to kick the baby
5:51
But I was, you know, set in my ways and I didn't do my research where we could have a surrogate or have a lab
6:00
A lab-grown baby? Yeah, a lab-grown baby. So what do you think about our relationship now as opposed to when we first got together
6:09
Baby, let me tell you, I am living for you guys. I am living so hard
6:13
I feel like there might be some kind of magic that's gonna happen in my life where I can finally maybe meet somebody
6:21
I really respect you guys individually and as a couple. So thank you
6:25
Thank you. Oh my god the time has come I gotta go Half past the freckle It drag brunch today and I gonna be a little bit late but it was worth it I love you so much Yola I love you so much Yola I going to take this cut
6:41
Bye. I love you. Have fun. Bye, Yola. Be safe. Today, we're going to go to Beverly Hills
6:46
to see the Dirt King, Dr. Lana McCarroll, to see about feminizing my face non-surgically
6:53
We have sort of a busy life, so I don't have time to be recovering and mummified right now
7:06
Well, hey, Lola, welcome today. I'm so glad that you're here. Let's talk about what brings you in
7:11
As we've spoken about, I want to feminize my face with minimal downtime
7:18
Absolutely. I want to put the magical wand of dermatology in front of you, right
7:22
And so there's certain areas that we can really focus in on
7:26
We're looking at, of course, more lateralization of the cheeks, right? Okay, being able to give you more lifting up of those zones
7:32
That's really going to create more of that feminization that we're looking for, right
7:36
In regards to the forehead as well, you know, Botox, wrinkle relaxers
7:40
things that's going to be able to smooth out some of those more prominent features on the face
7:44
are also going to be a factor for you. What would the finished product? A fitness product would be more very natural, but very also more feminized look too
7:53
I definitely want to go through with the procedures. Awesome. So let's move forward with next steps and let's go ahead and get you booked at the front
7:59
Today was amazing. I feel so much better and so much more confident and so much more ready to
8:06
live my life authentically as a trans woman. What I love most about Dom is that he keeps me so cool comic collected, the three C's
8:16
which are very important with me because I am a certified crash out
8:20
What do I love most about Lola? She helps me be more of an extrovert. So the people that judge us, we've been here and we're going to be here
8:28
And we are just here to love and live life. So regardless of if you're having a bad day
8:35
that's not going to stop us from having a good day
