US, Phoenix: Tempe Man Shot In The Head On Mill Avenue.

Phoenix, United States - August 31, 2026 08/31/2026 01:03 am GMT-0700 TEMPE, Ariz. – Shortly after 1:00 a.m. Monday, the Tempe Fire Department and the Tempe Police Department responded to reports of a person shot at the Mill Avenue Shopping Center in the 400 block of South Mill Avenue. Police and firefighters arrived and located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was transported to a local area hospital by Tempe firefighters. Police closed off the entrance to the shopping area as they investigated the shooting.
