Video showed police officers working at the scene, a bicycle lying on the ground, and the area cordoned off with police tape. Police said the shooting happened at about 4.55 p.m. outside a supermarket and deli on Elliot Place. The boy was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A 25-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the buttocks and a 34-year-old man was shot in the foot. Both were listed in stable condition. Police said no arrests had been made and the investigation remained ongoing.
