๐ Ingredients:
โ 10.5 oz (300g) tomatoes, finely diced
โ 1/2 red onion, finely diced
โ 0.7 oz (20g) fresh cilantro, chopped
โ 1/2 chili pepper, deseeded & diced
โ 1 lime, juiced
โ 2 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper to taste
