Ingredients:
• 7.9 oz (225g) almond flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 fl oz (60ml) coconut oil (melted)
• 2.8 oz (80g) maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 1/2 tsp orange extract
• 2.8 oz (80g) dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix almond flour, baking soda, coconut oil, maple syrup, almond & orange extract.
3. Form dough into balls (2 tbsp each) & flatten slightly.
4. Bake for 11-12 mins until golden.
