US, Los Angeles: Rancho Cucamonga Fatal Crash with Car Wrapped Around Pole.

Los Angeles, United States - May 29, 2026 05/28/2026 09:45 PM GMT-0700 RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Authorities from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Rancho Cucamonga station and the Ontario Police Department are investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred at the intersection of Fourth Street and Buffalo Avenue. One vehicle was found wrapped around a light pole, with the driver located outside the vehicle. Firefighters and paramedics pronounced the driver deceased at the scene. It is currently unclear how many other victims were transported from the other car from the scene and their conditions. Sheriff’s deputies have closed all westbound lanes of Fourth Street as part of the investigation. The factors of speed or alcohol involvement have not yet been determined.
