US, Los Angeles: Pacoima Fatal Car Crash Leaves 1 Dead 3 Injured.

Los Angeles, United States - September 06, 2026 09/05/2026 08:30 pm GMT-0700 PACOIMA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – One person was killed, and three others were hospitalized following a car crash on a freeway in Pacoima Saturday evening. The incident occurred on the 118 Freeway near the San Fernando Road off-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver of a Toyota Corolla sedan drove off the road, onto a shoulder embankment, and crashed into a tree. One person was pronounced dead at the scene. A second individual was taken to the hospital in serious condition, while two others were transported in fair condition.
